Jiangxi Mingxin Shaking Tables: Multi-Type Classification and Application in Mine Separation

#Industry ·2025-09-18

In the field of mineral mining and processing, the performance and efficiency of mineral separation equipment are directly related to the economic benefits and resource utilization efficiency of enterprises. Jiangxi Mingxin has accumulated certain experience in the R&D and manufacturing of shaking tables. The shaking tables it produces are classified into different types based on application purposes, structural design, and particle size processing capabilities, providing mineral separation equipment options for mining enterprises of different scales and types.
Classified by Application Purpose to Meet Different Separation Needs
Jiangxi Mingxin shaking tables can be divided into mineral processing shaking tables and coal preparation shaking tables according to application purposes. Mineral processing shaking tables are mainly used for the separation of rare metals such as tungsten, tin, tantalum, and niobium, as well as ferrous metals like iron and manganese ores. They improve ore purity by removing impurities. According to feedback from a tungsten mine in Hunan Province after introducing this type of shaking table, the grade of concentrate ore has increased by 15%-20%. Coal preparation shaking tables, on the other hand, are designed for coal separation, removing gangue and sulfur from thermal coal and coking coal. Some coal washing plants in Shanxi Province stated that compared with traditional coal preparation equipment, this shaking table has a higher separation efficiency, and the recovery rate of coal slime can reach over 90%.
Designed by Structure to Adapt to Site and Production Capacity Conditions
From the perspective of structural design, Jiangxi Mingxin shaking tables cover a variety of types to adapt to different scenarios. Single-layer shaking tables have a simple operation process and a small floor area, making them suitable for small-scale mines with a daily processing capacity of less than 50 tons. Multi-layer shaking tables (mainly double-layer ones) can increase production capacity within the same floor area through a stacked structure. After a mineral processing plant in Yunnan Province adopted double-layer shaking tables, the site utilization rate increased by 60%, and it could meet the growing production capacity demand without expanding the plant. In terms of installation methods, seated shaking tables need to rely on concrete foundations and are suitable for fixed production lines; suspended shaking tables do not require heavy foundations, operate with noise below 60 decibels, and can save 30% of installation time, making them more suitable for equipment transformation in old plants. In addition, based on the position of the feed trough on the table surface, shaking tables are divided into left-type and right-type. Enterprises can choose according to the flow direction of the production line to reduce energy consumption in the material transportation process.
Classified by Particle Size to Improve Separation Accuracy
Based on differences in ore particle size, Jiangxi Mingxin shaking tables are divided into ore sand (2 - 0.2 mm) shaking tables and slime (≤0.2 mm) shaking tables. Among them, ore sand shaking tables are further subdivided into coarse sand (2 - 0.5 mm) shaking tables and fine sand (0.5 - 0.2 mm) shaking tables. Different types of shaking tables are designed with targeted core components and operating parameters: coarse sand shaking tables adopt rectangular and trapezoidal riffles, with a stroke set at 16 - 20 mm and a stroke frequency of 280 - 320 times per minute, suitable for rough separation of coarse-grained ores; fine sand shaking tables also use rectangular and trapezoidal riffles, with the stroke adjusted to 12 - 16 mm and the stroke frequency increased to 320 - 360 times per minute, used for fine separation of fine-grained ores; slime shaking tables are equipped with triangular and serrated riffles, with a stroke of 8 - 12 mm and a stroke frequency of 360 - 400 times per minute, focusing on the recovery of slime and fine mud. Through this particle size adaptation design, the accuracy of ore separation and resource recovery rate can be improved.
Currently, the mining market has increasingly higher requirements for resource utilization efficiency and environmental protection standards. Relying on its diversified type classification, Jiangxi Mingxin shaking tables provide mining enterprises with equipment options that meet actual production needs. In the future, if it can continue to optimize shaking table technology, it may further meet the industry's development needs for separation equipment.
