Jiangxi Mingxin's dry crushing and recycling system adopts the "physical crushing + multi-stage sorting" process, and builds a recycling workflow through nitrogen-protected crushing and intelligent sorting technology. In the crushing stage, circuit boards are processed to a particle size of less than 2 cm in an inert gas environment. In the sorting stage, combined with vibrating screen, magnetic separation, airflow separation and eddy current separation, the recovery rate of metals such as copper and aluminum exceeds 95%, with a purity of 98%. The system is equipped with a fully enclosed negative-pressure dust collection device and a four-stage exhaust gas treatment device, resulting in a dust emission concentration of ≤10mg/m³ and a non-methane total hydrocarbon emission of ≤20mg/m³. At the same time, intelligent monitoring is adopted to ensure production safety. Compared with the wet process, it reduces wastewater discharge by approximately 50,000 tons per year and lowers processing costs by more than 30%.
Calculated based on an annual processing capacity of 8,000 tons of waste circuit boards, the system can recover about 1,000 tons of metals such as copper and aluminum, reduce primary mineral mining by 50,000 tons, and save 200,000 tons of water resources. The annual output value of recycled metals reaches tens of millions of yuan, and the investment payback period is within 2 years. Jiangxi Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment stated that this technology meets environmental protection standards, reduces the amount of solid waste for landfilling, and provides support for the construction of "zero-waste cities" in the region. Currently, Jiangxi Mingxin has laid the foundation for expanding its processing scale, and its technological practice provides a reference path for the electronic waste recycling industry.
