In terms of environmental performance, Jiangxi Mingxin has built a full-process green treatment closed loop. Its experience in equipment manufacturing ensures that pollution control concepts are integrated into the recycling line during the design phase. It adopts the technical route of physical crushing and dry sorting, avoiding wastewater discharge and harmful gas emissions that may be caused by chemical treatment methods. By optimizing crushing parameters and air separation processes, it realizes the clean separation of components such as glass, silicon, and aluminum, significantly reducing the leakage risk of heavy metals like lead and cadmium. This "zero-pollution" treatment model not only complies with the environmental requirements of the Intelligent Photovoltaic Industry Innovation and Development Action Plan but also reduces the mining of primary minerals through resource recycling, indirectly lowering carbon emissions in the industrial chain and responding to the policy orientation of promoting the greenization of the entire life cycle of the PV industry.
This recycling model holds important demonstration significance for the sustainable development of the industry. Against the backdrop that China is about to face a peak in PV module decommissioning, Jiangxi Mingxin's technological reserves provide a feasible solution for the construction of regional recycling systems. Its equipment, with an annual processing capacity of 10,000-ton level, can effectively alleviate the recycling pressure in major PV-producing provinces. Through material regeneration, it realizes the circular utilization of strategic resources such as silicon and silver, which not only improves the economic benefits of the industry but also provides a practical example for addressing the "landfill dilemma of decommissioned modules".
